About Ricki Maissy

Education

1991-1993 New York Studio School, Completed an intensive sculpture and painting program, focusing on classical techniques, composition, and material exploration.

1989-1991 Zvi Lachman, Studied under Israeli artist Zvi Lachman in a series of focused courses in painting and sculpture, emphasizing figurative expression, anatomy, and traditional techniques.

1987-1989 Avni Institute of Art and Design, Participated in a comprehensive fine arts track specializing in painting and sculpture, with hands-on training in form, color, and creative expression.

• In 1992, received a scholarship to the New York Studio School.

• In 1988, received a scholarship from the Avni Institute.

The artist is also a member of the Tel Aviv Artists’ Association.
